Esker Square is a new three-story multifamily development located in downtown Holt, MI. Holt is a growing community in Delhi Township, located 15 minutes south of Lansing/East Lansing. Lansing is the state capital of Michigan and East Lansing is home to Michigan State University, a BIG 10 school with over 50,000 students with specialized programs in hospitality management, veterinary science, agriculture, and business. 

Holt is a bedroom community to Lansing/East Lansing and offers its residents an excellent public school district in a small-town environment. Its close proximity to major public and private employers makes it a very attractive area for new home developments, both for sale and for rent.
