Barwin Place is a small property on the west side of downtown Mt Clemens. The property has 48 units and offers great linkages to major governmental, industrial and retail employers nearby in Downtown Mt Clemens, along I-94, Groesbeck Highway and Hall Road (M-59). With its economic barriers to entry for new affordable apartments in Mt Clemens, Barwin Place added units which helps us to aggregate several smaller properties into a group we could then manage as one community.
