Shmuel is the executive director and partner of more than 20 American real estate companies, with a 1,300 unit owned portfolio in addition to his interests in the GSH portfolio. Shmuel’s expertise is in the investment and management of multifamily assets. He has been a part of many successful real estate ventures both in the US and Israel and has held a variety of board positions for publicly-traded companies and financial institutions. Shmuel is a current board member of Mediterranean Towers, a publicly-traded company and the leading senior living developer and operator in Israel. Previously, he has sat on the board of directors of the mortgage wing of Israel Discount Bank and was an advisor to Benjamin Netanyahu from 1995-1999.
Shmuel works closely with Gideon in all asset and property management strategies and decisions. He is an Israeli citizen and leads the firm’s capital sourcing from our office in Israel.
